  • Delicious Dinner with your neighbors on Saturday

  • Happy Hikes for all ages - Experienced hikers will appreciate going to one of the nearby trails, led by an experienced temple member. A casual walk around the lake will also be planned, ideal for those who want a less rigorous activity or who want to collect wild blueberries.

  • Havdalah service by the Campfire on Saturday

  • Challah French Toast Breakfast Sunday morning

Welcome to the wonderful world of camping. There are showers, toilets, and hot water. The campground is very safe and you'll be with others from our community and make many friends. The showers are a short walk away and do require quarters to operate.

Yes. We'll be working with each family for details required for the trip.

Is there a hotel available nearby that I can stay in if I want to be in community but I don't want to sleep in a tent?

There is a Days Inn next to the campground and several bed & breakfasts nearby. Contact the organizers at camping@shir-tikvah.org for details as those lodging reservations are handled separately.
